1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 55bmw.vip website, platform, mobile interface, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on 55bmw.vip.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the 55bmw.vip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 55bmw.vip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 55bmw.vip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

55bmw.vip reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

55bmw.vip accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, QR Ph, GrabPay, CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20). Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be funded from a payment account or instrument in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 55bmw.vip does not accept cash deposits, bank cheques, or money orders.
• Deposits are credited to your 55bmw.vip wallet as soon as the funds are confirmed received, subject to payment provider processing times.
• 55bmw.vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• All deposited funds are held in Philippine Peso (₱) denomination within your 55bmw.vip account.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not of illegal origin and that you are not using the Platform to engage in any form of money laundering or financial fraud.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya during business hours. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO) may be up to 24 hours on business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55bmw.vip may offer bonuses, free spins, reload credits, cashback, and other promotional benefits ("Bonuses") from time to time. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as specified in the relevant promotion details.
• Each Player may claim each Bonus only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a Bonus multiple times — including via multiple accounts — constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion specifies different terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before any Bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your 55bmw.vip wallet. Real money is wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• 55bmw.vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time and to disqualify any Player from a Bonus for suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

9 Responsible Gaming
